What is Fast First Funding?

Fast First Funding is a business capital company providing funding from $5,000 to $2,000,000 to small and medium businesses across all 50 states. We specialize in Merchant Cash Advances, Business Lines of Credit, Short-Term Loans, Revenue-Based Financing, Equipment Financing, and Invoice Factoring.

Who do you fund?

We fund small and medium businesses across virtually all industries in all 50 states. We specialize in businesses that may have been declined by traditional banks due to credit challenges, limited collateral, or limited time in business. If your business generates revenue, we want to talk.

Is Fast First Funding a bank?

No. We are a business capital company, not a bank. This means we are not subject to the same rigid requirements as banks, which allows us to move faster, qualify more businesses, and offer more flexible funding structures.

What states do you operate in?

We operate in all 50 US states. Specific funding products may not be available in every state due to state-specific regulations. Your advisor will confirm availability based on your state of operation.

Application & Qualification

How do I apply?

You can apply online at any time through our secure application page. The application takes approximately 2 to 3 minutes and requires only basic business and personal information. A funding advisor will contact you within 1 to 4 business hours after submission.

What are you minimum requirements?

Generally: at least 4 months in business, minimum $10,000 in monthly bank deposits, an active business checking account, and US-based operations. There is no minimum credit score for most of our products.

Will applying hurt my credit score?

No. Our initial application and pre-qualification process uses only a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score at all. A hard inquiry is only required for certain larger loan products and will always be disclosed to you before it occurs.

Can I qualify with bad credit?

Yes. For MCAs and Revenue-Based Financing, we primarily evaluate your business revenue and cash flow rather than your personal credit history. We regularly fund businesses with credit scores in the 500s.

What documents do I need?

For most standard products: 3 months of business bank statements, a government-issued photo ID, and a voided business check. For larger amounts, additional documentation such as tax returns may be required.

Funding & Repayment

How much can I borrow?

We offer funding from $5,000 up to $2,000,000. The amount you qualify for is based primarily on your monthly revenue, time in business, and industry. Most businesses qualify for 1 to 2 times their monthly gross revenue.

How fast will I receive my funds?

Most clients receive funds within 24 hours of submitting a completed application. In many cases funding happens the same business day. The timeline depends on how quickly you submit documents and sign your agreement.

How does MCA repayment work?

A fixed percentage of your daily credit and debit card sales is automatically remitted to us. This percentage stays the same, but the dollar amount varies with your revenue. On a strong day you pay more, on a slow day you pay less. No fixed monthly payments.

Are there prepayment penalties?

No. For most of our funding products there are no prepayment penalties. If you want to pay off your advance early, you can do so without any additional fees.

When can I renew?

For MCAs and Revenue-Based Financing, you typically become eligible for renewal once you have repaid 50% of your current advance. Many clients qualify for larger amounts on renewal.

Can I use the funds for anything?

Yes. There are no restrictions on how you use your capital. Common uses include inventory, payroll, marketing, renovations, equipment, hiring, and debt refinancing. We do not monitor or require reporting on fund usage.

Security & Privacy

How is my information protected?

All data uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Uploaded documents are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest on bank-level secure servers. Files are never publicly accessible and can only be viewed by your assigned funding advisor and authorized staff.

Working With Us

Is there a cost to apply?

Absolutely not. Applying is completely free with no application fee and no obligation to accept any offer. We only earn a fee if you choose to move forward with funding.

Can I refer other business owners?

Yes. We welcome referrals and have a formal ISO partner program for brokers and referral partners. Contact us about our referral program to learn about compensation structures.

What if I need more funding later?

Most clients who pay on time can access additional funding. Many of our clients have received 5, 10, or more advances over the years. Your advisor can discuss renewal options any time after 50% of your current advance is repaid.
